1 Design Consultation

Your new Web site will be developed by a professional design team. Approximately 2-3 business days after you place your order, you will speak via phone with one of our designers to explain your business, your style preferences and your goals.
Your designer may request items from you such as company logos, draft text, etc. To ensure a timely delivery of your Web site design, these items would need to be sent to the designer within 7 days of the phone consultation.

2 Design Selection

You will be presented with two design compositions — a primary and a secondary design — within one week following the design consultation. You will then have 3 days to select a design and 7 additional days to make up to two revisions to your selection. Please note: if you are unable to make your composition selection within the 3 days, the
primary composition will be used as the final design.

3 Web Site Creation

Within 1 business day of establishing your final design, your design team begins construction of your Web site. The team will then integrate your text and other content (images, logos, etc.) into the final design. This Web site creation process typically takes 5 - 7 days.

4 Review and Revisions

After working with your designer to complete your Web site, your site will be made available for your review. You will have 5 days to submit a final set of changes to your content before the site is published. At this stage, only revisions to copy/text will be accepted.

5 Delivery

Whether or not you make revisions during the 5 day review period, your design will be considered complete after the 5 days expires and will be delivered to you in one of two ways:

- If you wish, we will publish your Web site live to the Internet, or
- If you want to, we will send you a link to access and download your files.
