What we need from you so we can design a site you can be happy with.

This page is designed to enhance communications between A3Woods website developers and our clients. If you sign up for one of our design packages, we will have you fill out a very specific form requesting some of the information below.

What is the Purpose of Your Website?

To gain a favorable impression of the company?
To develop a qualified list of prospects?
To sell products directly taking credit card information?
To encourage potential customers to contact us?
To make available product information and price lists to distributors or customers?
To strengthen brand identification?

Header Graphics and other graphic elements

It is very helpful if you will include a copy of your company's letterhead, brochures, catalog, etc. so we can see how you present your company image. In the end, the website is yours, and it represents you. We believe your website should maintain the same look and feel that your liturature has. After all, a website is a promotion tool also.

Is your company Logo incorporated in the website header?
Do you have photos or drawings of product?
Is there a typeface preference?
Do you have a preferred color scheme and accents?

Basic Page Elements

These are the important items which appear on nearly every webpage on your site (except possibly the "home" page). Page titles which show at top of browser window, only Top-of-page graphic (page header) based on the design of the masthead graphic, and the overall layout and colors. This is called the website style or design.

Photos, Graphics, Animations, Sound, and Video

Our contract includes a statement that you own the copyright to, or have permission from the copyright owner to use any photos or graphics you
send us. We recommend true-to-life photos except for situations where clip art is used for logo components or other artwork.
Photos you supply either by sending the photos themselves for us to scan and return, or by sending the digitized images via email in a JPEG (.jpg), GIFF (.gif) TIFF, or PNG format.

Stock photos obtained from IstockPhoto.com or Gettimages.com (You write down the photo number and inform us of your choices, and which page each photo goes on. We can help you select the photos, but we would need to bill you for our time at our hourly rate.)
For an extra charge, we can equip your webpages with: (Some website design packages include a flash movie) Sound, either MIDI musical background, streaming Real Audio, MP3, or Flash for music or voice.
